Bolton Mets ARLFC

Bolton Mets ARLFC will this season compete in Division 5 of the North West Counties Amateur Rugby League, having recently reaching the dizzy heights of Division 4.  We are always on the look-out for players of all ages and abilities. Whether you've played rugby before or not or want to get involved in the organisational side of things, or even just train with us please get in contact with us.

A steady improvement in the organisation of the club has led to an upturn in playing fortunes, culminating in the Mets first representative honours with four of the squad selected for North Lancashire District duty in a game against England Students in July 2001 and establishment of a junior section.

Please follow the links above for information about our club.

We also acknowledge the support of the Bolton Evening News who have supported the club with match reports and exposure over the last few seasons.

Additionally we have had much help from Wigan RLFC with our coach was invited to study Wigan's training methods; a link which was featured on Sky Sports' 'Rugby League World' programme.  Additionally Wigan also donated a full playing strip.
